Responsible gambling
CHANLR Sports Guide shows betting odds on some games for information only. CHANLR Sports Guide does not accept wagers, doesn't run a sportsbook, and odds are never a recommendation to bet.
If gambling is causing problems for you or someone you know, help is free and confidential, 24/7.

Keep it fun
- You must be of legal age (21+ in most US states) and in a state where betting is legal.
- Set a budget before you start, and only bet money you can afford to lose.
- Don't chase losses or bet to win back money.
- Set time limits and take breaks. Most sportsbooks let you set deposit and time limits, or exclude yourself.
- Never bet when upset, under pressure, or after drinking.
Warning signs
- Betting more than you planned, or more often
- Borrowing money or hiding betting from people close to you
- Feeling anxious or irritable when you aren't betting
Is it legal where I am?
Sports betting laws are set state by state. Some states allow it online and in person, some only in person, and some not at all. Check your state gaming regulator before you bet.
Our approach
- We don't run sportsbook ads or promo codes.
- Odds are for adults 21+ and are never aimed at minors.
- We don't use cartoon or youth-oriented imagery near odds.
Many states run self-exclusion programs that block you from licensed sportsbooks. Your state's gaming regulator can tell you how to enroll.
