How we get our data
No guessing. Every channel, price and number on this site comes from a public source we can point to. If we can't verify something, we mark it with *.
1. Schedules & TV channels
Game times, teams and broadcast networks come from ESPN's public scoreboard feeds. We pull them for all 24 leagues and rebuild the site automatically. We currently list 2418 upcoming games. Times show in Eastern; your browser converts them where it can.
2. Which service carries which channel
We check 29 streaming services against their official channel lineup pages, and 59 regional and local networks against the teams' and networks' own pages. A service we couldn't confirm is marked *.
3. Prices & free trials
Prices are list prices from each service's own pricing page, before taxes and promos. We track 28 team and regional apps separately. When a price changes, it goes in our price change log.
4. Channel numbers
We only show a channel number when it matches the provider's own official lineup. Today that covers national DIRECTV and DISH numbers, last checked against DIRECTV's official lineup and DISH's official channel card on Oct 24, 2026. Anything we can't verify stays hidden. Cable numbers change by ZIP code, so instead of guessing, the Find your channel number button opens your provider's official lineup. We don't copy or store provider lineups.
5. Blackouts & local markets
Blackout rules come from each league's published policy (NBA League Pass, NFL Sunday Ticket, NHL on ESPN+). We match your market from your ZIP code's first three digits. That's an approximation, so check the service's own blackout tool before you pay.
6. Big events
Dates and networks for the Super Bowl, CFP, March Madness and other finals come from league announcements. Dates not set yet show as "TBA". See all events.
Spotted a mistake? Report a wrong channel. We'd rather fix it than be wrong.
